All purchases made with Eclectic Embers and Elements follow a no return policy. However, if there is a problem with an order please contact Eclectic Embers and Elements for further assistance. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Issues with products must be communicated to Eclectic Embers and Elements within a 30-day return period which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact the company. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this website. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Launches and Sales

Due to the high volume of orders we experience during the holiday season orders may take longer than our normal shipping time. 

IMPORTANT TO YOUR ORDER:

Always make sure to double and triple-check your item/s color, size, and payment address before finalizing your order! We cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped.

Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please make sure that it is current and your shipping address is the one you want the items sent to. Creating an account will save you time in the future when placing your orders.

BACK-ORDERS:

Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once.
